Description
Aunt Ruby’s German Green is one of the largest green beefsteak tomatoes, that can grow over one pound! The variety came from Germany but was cultivated in the U.S. by Ruby Arnold in Tennessee. Her relatives always called it Aunt Ruby’s tomato, and the name stuck. The flesh has a bright, neon colour green and a strong, sweet and spicy taste. The plant needs to be staked due to the big crop of tomatoes it gives. They are perfect for slicing and eating raw and fresh. The fruits are ready 80 to 85 days from transplanting.

Tasty and productive
Handsome vigourous plant with at least four very full trusses, a little tricky to tell when the fruit was ripe but well worth it!
