Description
Tomatillo Cisineros is twice the size of most tomatillos. Perfect for making (verde) salsas. The apple-green fruits have a papery husk that splits open when they ripen and turn yellow-green. In the green phase, they have a tart flavour, making them ideal for salsas at that stage. Riper fruits are sweeter and are delicious to eat raw. The tomatillo also grows well in pots. Harvesting can be done 75 days after transplanting.
