Description
Scotch Bonnet is a classic among chillies, but not everyone can take the heat. Sweet Bonnet has the same saucer shape but no real heat. There is a small bit of heat which is detectable, but this is much milder than the heat of a Jalapeño. The tropical flavour is perfect for making Caribbean recipes (which often needs Scotch Bonnet peppers) but without having to experience the heat.
