Description
Santa Fe Grande does well in Northern Europe with its short growing season. The plant produces 8 cm long cone-shaped peppers. Santa Fe Grande has a thick fruit wall. The pods ripen from yellow to orange to red. Santa Fe Grande is slightly to medium hot and is a good producer. The chili peppers are sweet and good to use fresh in salads or salsas. Also good for pickling or to use in stir fries. Great allround chili pepper!
