Description
Aji Marchant is a rare variety that is well adapted to the nothern climate. The 7,5 cm waxy fruits can mature to orange-red, but are usually harvested when they are in their immature stage, light green / yellow coloured. When yellow, they have an earthly-citrus flavour and are not spicy yet. Yellow, the fruits are perfect for pickling. Ripened they make excellent frying peppers.
