Description
Aji Colorado is grown throughout South America, particularly in Bolivia and Peru. The peppers have a sweet and fruity flavour, ripen from green to shiny bright red and have a wrinkled appearance. The plants grow up to 1,2 m in height and often need to be staked because of the high quantity of fruit it produces.
